Marianne Rennie was born and raised in downtown St. John’s and graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and sociology. She attended law school at the University of New Brunswick, where she focused her studies primarily on criminal law and trial practice. Marianne completed her articles at Sullivan Breen Defence and was called to the Bar in April of 2019. She has volunteered with legal assistance clinics in the community and is passionate about access to justice.
