Del Bahner is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has litigated thousands of cases and earned a reputation for excellence. Del represents individuals accused of crimes ranging from first time DUIs to murder. He treats every client’s case with the care and dedication he would give to a family member. Del began his legal career at a private law firm that focused on criminal defense. For his first jury trial, he defended a young woman accused of robbery and attained a not guilty verdict. He went on to secure dismissals and not guilty verdicts in every type of case, ranging from DUIs to murders. He then established his own firm, the Law Offices of Del Bahner, which is currently accepting cases throughout Alameda County and Stanislaus County. Before beginning his career in law, Del obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UC Davis. He then went on to law school in San Francisco at UC Hastings. Del passed the bar exam in 2012, on his first attempt.
