His experience includes successfully representing clients in the CA Superior Courts of Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, San Bernardino, Victorville, Riverside West Covina, El Monte, Alhambra, Los Angeles, Fullerton and Santa Ana. He has also represented hundreds of clients who were being investigated by the police to successfully avoid criminal prosecution.
In addition to practicing law, Raul has taught as an adjunct professor at Cal Poly Pomona for 15 years and now teaches at the La Verne College of Law.
He has earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Cal Poly Pomona and a juris doctor degree from Loyola Marymount University.

In 2016 he was elected President of the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service (SGVLRS). The SGVLRS is a non-profit public service organization, certified by the State Bar of California that provides lawyer referrals to the public. On the board he is responsible for review the credentials, experience, and ethical record of other lawyers who apply for membership.
