56 N. Main Street, Fall River, Massachusetts
My name is Attorney Marc Roberts and I want to let you know a little about me and what I believe. I am a graduate of University of Hartford with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I obtained my Law Degree at Roger Williams University School of Law in 2004. I passed the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Examinations in 2004 and have been a practicing attorney ever since.
My career started as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office where I was stationed primarily in the Fall River District Court. I joined the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office in 2004 and moved on to private practice in 2006. In 2006 I opened the Law Offices of Marc D. Roberts on North Main Street in Fall River, MA and I remain here to this day. In 2011 I expanded my practice to include an office in Stoughton Massachusetts to service my South Shore clients.
I treat my clients with the respect they deserve. I value the relationships I have with my clients. I believe the relationship a personhas with their attorney is just as important as the individual skills of the attorney they chose to represent them. A client needs to be able to trust their attorney. Trust is built over time and with good communication. I make sure to take the time to explain my suggestions and actions to my clients so they know everything important that is going on. I am accessible and call my clients back in a reasonable amount of time.
I believe everyone needs to have a lawyer that they can goto with a large problem or just fo a quick piece of advice. People should use their general practice lawyer like they use their primary care physician. Your primary doctor can treat you for most things but if you need a specialist he orshe will know where to send you. I want to be your lawyer. I want to be the lawyer you call first about problems big or small. If I can’t answer your question I will point you to someone who I think may be able to. My philosophy is if I treat you well and try hard to help you succeed in your legal issues you will be happy and always come back to me. I want to handle your legal matters from A to Z.
