Michael Fineman New York Criminal Lawyer

Mr. Fineman is a New York City criminal defense attorney with over a decade of experience. After graduating from St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Fineman started his legal career at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office as an assistant district attorney whose responsibilities included handling all types of criminal cases ranging from simple shoplifting cases, to domestic violence cases, all the way to participating in the prosecution of attempted murder and homicide cases.

As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Fineman has handled the gamete of criminal cases and has successfully fought for acquittals and dismissals in cases that included murder, conspiracy to commit murder, human trafficking, Narcotics, gun possession, and DWI’s. Mr. Fineman has appeared for clients in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey.
