He is always happy to go to court for his clients and forthrightly argue their case. Brandon has some big wins under his belt at the B.C. Supreme Court, including Wieruszewski v. British Columbia in which his client was charged with failing to provide a sample of breath at the roadside. Brandon successfully argued that the police failed to give instructions as to what his client was doing wrong when blowing into the breathalyzer. The decision has been relied upon in several subsequent cases.

Brandon Moscoe completed his J.D. at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. While completing his Law degree, he volunteered for the Legal Services Society and involved himself in the faculty’s Public Legal Information Project.
