She also successfully defends allegations of sexual assault, sexual interference, child luring and voyeurism. She has extensive experience defending all driving offences, driving prohibitions and suspensions, including drinking and driving charges, either through the IRP administrative tribunal process or criminally in Provincial Court. Cathryn is from Calgary, Alberta. She obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia. Before her law degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Mount Royal College. She is involved with Access Pro Bono and the Law Student’s Legal Advice Program in providing access to justice and mentoring law students.
