In addition, she assists many clients with Immediate Roadside Prohibitions [IRP’s], civil forfeiture and border seizures.
Meghan is from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo with a B.A. in Legal Studies and then obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria. Meghan has written for the Canadian Bar Association [CBA] on the constitutionality of mandatory minimum sentences, as well as presented to the CBA on legislative amendments to impaired driving laws.
Meghan also supervises young lawyers through the UBC Law Students Legal Advice Program and volunteers her time with Access Pro Bono.
