Carrie Bellan is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in Orangeville and the surrounding areas. Called to the bar in 1996, she is a member in good standing of the governing body for Ontario lawyers, the Law Society of Upper Canada.
She commenced her career in civil litigation, including insurance defence, plaintiff, personal injury and medical malpractice. At that time, she had been a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association for many years.
Carrie Bellan is a sole practitioner and has been concentrating exclusively on criminal law practice since 2004. She has over 20 years of experience in Canadian Law.

Carrie Bellan has been a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association since 2005. The CLA is the largest specialty legal organization in Canada. The CLA advocates for social justice through education, government influence, and persuasion on proposed legislation and court intervention.
