Nader is a criminal defence lawyer and an associate at Will Murray’s Law Office.
Nader was born and raised in Ottawa. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa in 2015 with a degree in Political Science and Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa Law School in 2019. While in Law School, Nader represented the Faculty of Law at the Guy Guérin Criminal Moot Competition, where he was awarded the prize for Best Litigator. Having developed a particular interest in the criminal justice system, Nader went on to complete his articles at a prominent criminal defence firm in Ottawa. His experience included assisting with criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including Impaired Driving, Assault, Robbery, Drug Trafficking, and Homicide.
He understands how difficult it is for accused individuals to maneuver their way through the intimidating criminal justice system. He looks forward to alleviating his clients’ concerns and using his experience and advocacy skills to help them reach the best possible result.
Nader is fluent in French and English, and is capable of assisting in Arabic.
