Christopher was born and raised in the Niagara Region. He attended Dennis Morris High School and completed his Bachelor of Arts (Honours, First-Class) in Political Science at Brock University in 2007.
He then went on to complete his Master of Arts in Political Science at Brock University, where his research interests focused on comparative/ judicial politics. This led him to write his Major Research Paper on the factors contributing to the success of rights based interest group litigants at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2012 and was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario after returning to Canada.
He regularly appears in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Christopher is the Niagara Director of the Criminal Lawyers Association. He is also a recipient of the 2021 "40 Under Forty" Business Achievement Award, which recognizes excellence and commitment in the business community.
