Erec Rolfe is a Toronto criminal defence lawyer who defends clients facing charges throughout the GTA and beyond. He consistently and successfully defends a multitude of serious offences. Erec has conducted trials and appeals on a wide variety of criminal charges at all levels of court.

Erec graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2007. There, he won the Hanson Prize for having the highest standing in Constitutional Law. He also won the prizes for highest standing in International Law, Conflicts of Laws and Property Law and graduated on the Dean’s List. Prior to law school, Erec completed his Bachelor of Science in mathematics, where he graduated on the Dean’s List and the President’s List.
Before practicing criminal law, Erec practiced in commercial litigation at a major Toronto law firm where he represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. He also completed a portion of his articling year with Eddie Greenspan, Q.C., where he played a pivotal role in overturning the conviction of an accused who had not received a fair trial.
