Kristin Bailey is an associate with Hicks Adams LLP. Kristin graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Philosophy. Following this, Kristin graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 2008 with a J.D. In 2008-2009, Kristin articled with Hicks Adams LLP, and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Bar in June, 2009.

Kristin maintains both a trial and appellate practice. She has conducted numerous trials in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on charges ranging from theft to murder. She regularly argues both conviction and sentence appeals at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Kristin volunteers as a mentor for high school students, law students and junior lawyers. She is also the managing associate of Hicks Adams LLP.
