Nick Kaschuk, Hons. B.Sc., LL.B., is a sole practitioner, working in association with Sabsay Lawyers, in the area of criminal defence. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, where he now lives. In addition to practising criminal law, Nick is also a sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto. Before that, he worked as Duty Counsel (per diem) for 12 years. Nick is also the author of the criminal law text, 24(2) – Exclusion of Evidence under the Charter, published by LexisNexis.
He is also the author of several articles which have appeared in The Canadian Criminal Law Review, The Criminal Law Quarterly, and Alan D. Gold’s Collection of Criminal Law Articles.
