Rachel Lichtman is the founder of Lichtman Law, she practices exclusively in criminal defence. As a fierce and experienced defence lawyer, Rachel has secured outstanding results for countless clients, ranging from Fraud to serious Guns and Gangs charges. Her educational foundation in Business coupled with her impressive legal track record has given her an advantage in representing clients charged with fraud and white-collar crimes.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Law School after obtaining an Honors degree in Business at York University. Before starting her own firm, Rachel worked at the esteemed Greenspan Partners LLP, one of the top 10 criminal law boutiques in Canada, where she further refined her uncompromising courtroom prowess.

Rachel is an Instructor at the Courtroom and Classrooms Superior Court Program. She uses this platform to educate students on the importance of the rights of each and every single Canadian, including all accused persons. She teaches about the importance of a fair trial to all, no matter the charges.
