Victoria Nix graduated from York University, in Toronto, Ontario, with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Criminology and Political Science. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School, in Kingston, Ontario. As a law student at Queen’s, Me Nix was enrolled in the Prison Law Program, defending individuals incarcerated in various federal penitentiaries, and assisting them with parole hearings. She then articled for Alan D. Gold, in Toronto, where she worked on matters before all three levels of Court in Ontario, with a particular focus on impaired driving cases.
Me Nix is licensed to practice law by both the Law Society of Ontario, as a Barrister & Solicitor and Notary Public, and by the Barreau du Québec, as a Federal Legal Advisor.
Me Nix joined Boro, Frigon, Gordon, Jones, in 2017. Since then she has represented individuals charged with various criminal offences in Quebec and Ontario, including assault, sexual assault, impaired driving, dangerous driving, domestic violence, narcotics offences, robbery, theft, and fraud. Me Nix also handles appeals at both the Superior Court level, and the Court of Appeal.
