She began her pre-law undergraduate degree at Chico State University. While at Chico, Michelle interned in the criminal department at the Chico Legal Information Center (a program that provides free legal information to the public). Michelle finished her undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Florida and received her Bachelor's of Science in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, Michelle moved to Phoenix to attend law school at Arizona Summit School of Law. There she received her Juris Doctorate degree in two and a half years, a semester early, and ranked among the top of her class. Also, while at Arizona Summit School of Law Michelle interned at the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s office.
After graduating law school, Michelle took both the Arizona and California bar exams. Ms. Bell is admitted to practice in the Arizona State Supreme Court. the California Supreme Court, and The United States District Court of Arizona.
