Elliot Briggs is a former prosecutor who knows the inside of the court room well. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Elliot has litigated many trials both as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and in North Carolina for the Wilson District Attorney’s Office.
Elliot Earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern Virginia University. He was a member of the school’s legal forum and a member of the basketball team. It is his competitive nature and passion for law that drives him to fight for and defend his clients.
Elliot Briggs graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the North Carolina Seventh Prosecutorial District where he learned the ins and outs of criminal law. He also volunteered for Legal Aid of North Carolina where he assisted clients in housing and domestic violence cases.
When he’s not in the court room you can find Elliot on a basketball court or playing and watching other sports. In addition, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
