Jonathan Goebel

Jonathan Goebel has been practicing criminal law for over fifteen years. Attorney Jonathan Goebel is experienced and knowledgeable in criminal defense. He has worked on all kinds of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to complex felony cases in Courts throughout Arizona. Jonathan is board certified in DUI Defense by the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD). This is a highly exclusive club of DUI attorneys. In fact, Jonathan is one of only four in the entire State of Arizona, one of approximately 50 in the whole United States and Canada. In 2019, he was selected to be on the State Bar of Arizona's Criminal Law Advisory Commission. He was chosen along with only 9 other selected attorneys; he will serve a 3-year term. The mission of the advisory commission is to regulate the certification of legal specialists. Jonathan is also an AV Preeminent® by Martindale Hubbell, this means he has been Peer Rated for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence. He is also a member of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ) and The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).

He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wonderful wife, Alyssa Watral Goebel. He is an avid golfer with a six handicap and is a huge Arizona Cardinals fan (a thirteen-year season-ticket holder).
