Mark has been committed to providing legal services in Colorado since becoming an attorney in 2013. He is from the area, growing up in Longmont before attending the University of Colorado at Boulder for college. After obtaining a business degree at CU, Mark attended Law School at Temple University, while simultaneously participating on the staff of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review and working for a full-service law firm in downtown Philadelphia. After law school, Mark moved back to Colorado and began working as a Deputy District Attorney for Boulder County, a position he held for seven years. During that time, Mark tried a variety of cases, including misdemeanor and felony offenses, DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug Offenses, White-Collar cases, Organized Crime, Sexual Offenses, and Homicide. Mark was also able to get an in-depth look at the process behind drug investigations by serving as the District Attorney liaison to the Boulder County Drug Task Force. He was also one of the original members of the state’s first Conviction Integrity Unit, seeking to protect against wrongful conviction. Mark now uses his litigation experience to provide diligent representation to ensure the best outcomes for his clients.
