Magda L. Janicki is the founding members of JAM Law Group, LLC. Before moving to South Florida, she attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. There she earned a B.A. in English, Political Science, Political Thought and Sociology. During her undergraduate studies, she worked for a law firm specializing in asylum and political refugee assistance. She worked with people who fled their countries escaping persecution for their religious beliefs and sexual orientations, among other reasons. After graduating from DePaul University, Magda attended St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida. During law school, she was employed as a law clerk with the law firm of Bogenschutz, Dutko and Kroll, P.A. where she gained invaluable legal writing, research and advocacy skills. She was admitted to practice before all Florida Courts in 2012 and admitted to practice before all Illinois Courts in 2014. Magda is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in both the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar, she has worked for the Law Office of the Public Defender in Broward County, specializing in criminal defense litigation and providing effective representation for those who cannot afford an attorney. After the Public Defender's Office, Magda worked for private law firms specializing in civil and criminal litigation.
