Criminal Defense/DUI is all I do. Being a criminal defense attorney is a blessing from God. Every day, I am able to do what I love; helping other people who are in trouble. Seeing the sigh of relief on a mother's face who has been worried about her son for months pierces the core of my passion.
I am the Senior Partner at Swindle Law Group. I also lead the Criminal Defense Division. Our team does not rest until we are convinced that we have achieved the best possible result for our client. We practice law and function as a firm primarily based on the military treatise, Art of War.
I am the chairman and president of the West Georgia Autism Foundation. www.wgaautism.com. I am very politically active; currently serving on Casey Cagle's campaign committee. When I swore to protect and defend the Constitution, I took that oath seriously. I am a protector of the entire docuemt; not just certain parts. As a defender of the 2nd amendment, I frequently discuss gun related issues on various media outlets; NRANews, Atlanta Stations, OANN, etc. In 2017, Gov. Nathan Deal appointed me to the board of directors for the Sexual Offenders Registration Review Board. The Board officially classifies sex offenders in Georgia to protect our community. I serve on the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia. The BOG serves as the governing body of the State Bar. I enjoy big game hunting, golf, gardening, and hanging out with my boys; Jason Jr "Jake" (12) and Reagan (7).
