Randolph Tucker Richardson, III, is a founding member of the law firm of Baldani, Rowland and Richardson established in 1988. He practices in all areas of state and federal criminal defense, from capital murder defense to DUI defense. He also practices in personal injury and automobile accident cases.

In 1988 Tucker was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association and United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He was also admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1994.

Tucker received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky (1985) and his J.D. from the University of Louisville College of Law (1988). He has lectured extensively in many areas of criminal law, especially regarding DUI defense and drug detection dog cases. Tucker was recently voted by his peers as one of the top DUI lawyers in the State of Kentucky.

November 2012, Tucker won the AV Preeminent® Award from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating MH gives out. His peers rank him at the highest level of ethical standards and professional excellence. Tucker is an executive board member of the Children’s Charity Fund of the Bluegrass, and is a youth volunteer coach in both basketball and football programs within the Lexington Community. He attends Crossroads Christian Church with his wife and two children, where he volunteers in the nursery program.
