The book is another reference guide for practicing attorneys navigating the complex interactions between the courts and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, as those interactions bear on a person's right to operate motor vehicles in Maine. The book also deals with trial proof issues and related constitutional-law cases that are important to those facing a charge of operating after suspension or operating after habitual offender revocation.
