As Minnesota Lawyer's 2011 Attorney of the Year with 30 years of experience as a criminal trial lawyer, Marsh J. Halberg represents the residents of greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Mr. Halberg has achieved a number of accomplishments throughout his career and been honored as one of the National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 Trial Lawyers and one of Minnesota's top six criminal defense attorneys by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. He has also been recognized by his peers in Who's Who in Criminal Law as one of the top 40 criminal defense lawyers in Minnesota and was named a member of Outstanding Lawyers of America.
As a highly sought-after speaker on criminal law issues, Mr. Halberg has written a number of training and seminar materials for use in the legal field. He serves as the editor of the Minnesota DWI Deskbook, a reference book for lawyers in the state.
