He cofounded Caplan & Tamburino Law Firm in 1997 and has since maintained his reputation as a prominent member of the legal community in Minnesota. The following year, Tamburino was named a Rising Star in Minnesota by Minnesota Law & Politics. This recognition is reserved for lawyers under 40 years of age who have practiced for less than 10 years.
