Timothy received a B.S. in Political Science with a Focus in Public Administration and a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton in 2004. He obtained his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2007.
Timothy was admitted to the Missouri Bar in September 2007. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in April 2008. Timothy is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
Timothy interned in the White Collar Crime Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma during his final semester of law school. He started with our firm as a law clerk in 2005. Timothy’s main area of practice is criminal defense.
