Criminal convictions can have life-altering consequences. If you have been arrested, it is critical that you have a professional to help guide you through the legal process. While you may be confused or even intimidated by the court system, an aggressive but responsible attorney will make all the difference for you.
As a defendant, you are entitled to certain rights and protections. Your attorney’s most important job is to make sure you understand what those are, so that you can make the best and most informed decisions regarding your case. Should a trial be necessary, make sure you have chosen someone who is willing and prepared to represent you in court.
Christopher Matthew Tunney, a dedicated criminal lawyer in Corning, is committed to protecting clients and defending their rights.
