Upon graduating law school in 2006, Mr. Gross was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Gross handled thousands of criminal cases at all levels, many of which were high profile matters followed by various media outlets. Mr. Gross successfully litigated numerous cases through jury trials, motions, and hearings. He also worked in the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Bureau where he prosecuted family offenses on the misdemeanor and felony level.
