Timothy D. Gore Charlotte Criminal Lawyer

Attorney Timothy D. Gore is a member of the Firm’s Criminal Litigation Division. For the past 15 years, Tim has been focusing on defending against high-stakes criminal and traffic cases around the State of North Carolina.

In 2007, Tim started with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office where he fine-tuned his talents for four years and ended up being the Supervisor of the Motor Vehicle Unit. He then founded and ran the Gore Law Office, PLLC for the next decade until being recruited to join forces with RTS Law Group.

Tim was born in Buffalo, NY, and raised in Hendersonville, NC. Tim refers to his wife, Teresa, as the rock in their family in which they have two children, Miriah and Christian.
