Before earning a Juris Doctor from the Willamette University College of Law, Mr. McBreen attended Portland State University, from which he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2007.

For nearly a decade, Mr. McBreen has committed himself to aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients and their rights. He understands what being charged with a criminal offense can mean for his clients and their families. For that reason, Mr. McBreen considers every case to be a serious one and strives to provide his clients with the personalized attention and tenacious defense they deserve. He has successfully represented clients against a range of criminal charges in both state and federal court.
