Daniel Nevins has won not guilty verdicts for clients charged with Homicide, Attempted Homicide, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary and more. He has a proven record of succes in Berks County, PA and beyond and has successfully negotiated thousands of criminal cases on behalf of his clients.

Attorney Nevins is a proud graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He is a member of the Berks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is the instructor for the mandatory Ethics course for new Berks County lawyers known as Bridge the Gap and has appeared as a legal commentator on local television. Mr. Nevins has served the community of various Boards, including the Children's Home of Reading, the Glimore Henne Community Foundation, and the Sinking Spring YMCA.
