Marabeth Kennedy is an Associate Attorney at The Nesheiwat Law Group, PLLC. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Belmont University College of Law. While participating in clerkships for several judges, and working with various District Attorney General’s offices, Ms. Kennedy focused on a range of criminal matters, from DUI’s to homicides in both General Sessions and Circuit Court. Ms. Kennedy also has experience in both bench and jury criminal trials, as well as negotiating plea agreements. Ms. Kennedy has received several awards and certificates, including the Sam Nailing Jr. Pre-Law award, as well as her Certificate specializing in criminal law.
