With more than 40 years of diverse criminal justice experience, Allen Hale is excited to bring his unique qualifications to Brunelle Conklin. Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Allen has served this community for more than half of his life. First as a paramedic before transitioning into law enforcement, where he started off as a Patrol Officer and was ultimately promoted to Major Crimes Investigator/Supervisor of Major Crimes for the Special Investigative Unit.
Allen went on to graduate from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and later earned his J.D. Degree at Nashville School of Law. From there he spent almost a decade working as a Criminal Defense Attorney, where he defended scores of people in a full range of major felonies to minor misdemeanors. Most recently he served as an Assistant District Attorney of Rutherford County for twelve years. From the arrest to the prosecution to the defense, Allen literally understands all angles of a case and will use his decades of training, knowledge, and experience to help you understand all of your options, prepare a tough and aggressive trial strategy when needed, and achieve the best possible outcome for your unique situation.
