My law firm's practice areas are concentrated in both criminal defense and civil litigation. Every attorney at Parkerson | Santel PLLC has previously served as a state prosecutor and has a significant amount of experience in the prosecution of criminal cases and in criminal defense. In addition to my criminal practice, I handle a wide variety of civil cases ranging from personal injury, insurance defense, governmental law, civil rights litigation, contract disputes, and other matters. Based on my experience in civil and criminal law, I have had the privilege of speaking to community groups, professional organizations, university students, high school students, bar associations, law enforcement agencies, and other groups on various legal topics and topics for professional development.
I am an adjunct professor at Middle Tennessee State University in the Department of Criminal Justice Administration. I have held this position since 2010.
