As a prosecutor, Jon oversaw the successful prosecutions of capital murderers, robbers, rapists, major narcotics traffickers, and intoxication related offenders. While Jon was a prosecutor he taught Strategic Cross-Examination for the National District Attorney’s Association, Prosecutor Trial Skills for the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association, and taught classes on the topic of Search Warrants and the Code of Criminal Procedure at the Houston Police Department Academy.
