Prior to law school, he received his B.S. in Maritime Administration with a minor in Economics from Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M, Richard was distinguished as an Undergraduate Research Scholar. Richard is also a native Texan, parliamentarian, outdoorsman, and Eagle Scout.
