About Trinidad Zamora

On this site, people typically find me one of two ways: I direct them here or someone else does. The profile is here for obvious reasons: I want your business. That’s not the question. The question is why I want your business. Moreover, why should you trust me with your business?

I’m not a politician. I’m not a salesman. I’m not a carnival barker. I’m not a soothsayer. I’m not a clergyman. And I’m not a magician.

I’m a man. Full of the humanity and mistakes that too-often seem to be included in the box of Life; instead of instructions. I have fallen. I have made mistakes. I have stared down the barrel of loss. I have endured the blow and the shock of that loss—three times. I have endured the struggle to rebuild. I have fallen to my knees. I have gotten back up. I have had bad times. I have fought against the urge to live in the past. I’m a man.

I spent nearly 15 years working inside the Texas Department of Corrections—the prison system—listening to convicts tell their stories. I learned how to listen for and hear the truth.

I was once a young man who knew a change was needed. As a younger man, I sought that change. I surrounded myself with those proverbial “movers of mountains” by a series of simple pauses and objections, all the time preparing myself; then I went to law school. I took with me the pain of my youth and the experience of my previous profession. It was there, in law school, that I began to learn to dress all the stories I have heard in the garment of the law.

I learned how to tell my story. That has taught me how to understand yours. How to tell your story as though it were my own. To crawl into the skin of your story and see it through your eyes, and speak it in my voice.

So if that is the kind of representative you seek, reach out... let us begin.
