John Sando is a native of Fairfax County. He worked as a Public Defender for years, gaining experience on high-level felonies such as burglary, robbery, malicious wounding, and a variety of drug- and theft-related cases. He then joined private practice and began his own firm to provide his experience and knowledge to a wide array of people in need who face criminal charges.

He lives with his wife in Prince William County.
