3221 Oaks Avenue, Everett, Washington
I have been practicing criminal defense for the past nine years, representing clients at every stage of criminal litigation: initial appearances, arraignments, pre-trial hearings, motion hearings, plea negotiations, trials, sentencing, and post-sentencing proceedings.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and I received my law degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 2009.
My legal career began by working as a Felony Court Clerk with the court services unit of the Travis County Community Supervision and Corrections Department in Austin, TX. I was subsequently hired by Clark, Thomas & Winters, Austin's largest and best known law firm at the time. There, I worked in the Commercial Litigation section with a team of eight attorneys.
Upon graduation from law school, I worked as an attorney "of counsel" with the Law Office of George Freeman in Everett, WA, focusing on criminal defense and family law practice. At the same time, I was an attorney with the Snohomish County Residential Drug Offender Sentencing Alternative program (DOSA), representing felony clients with substance abuse issues.
At present, my practice is entirely devoted to criminal defense. My clients' interests are my number one priority, and I work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for every client.
