He has represented clients and gone to trial involving the most serious charges (e.g., murder, rape, domestic violence), including recently (2017) convincing the prosecutor’s office to dismiss a case for a client facing a potential life sentence. Since 2013, Paul has regularly served as the private criminal defense bar representative on ad hoc and standing committees working with local judges and prosecutors to address issues involving the administration of criminal cases. Paul also handles cases in civil litigation, landlord/tenant, firearm rights restoration, and all issues pertaining to contracts and real property.
