Nick was born in Richmond, VA, where his father practiced law. He now resides in Tacoma, where he has lived and worked since May of 2006 after completing his first year of law school. Nick graduated from O'Dea High School in Seattle, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Policy Studies in 2003 from Indiana University. He then attended Seattle University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2008, and was admitted to the State Bar in October of that year.
Nick is known for his compassionate touch, professionalism, integrity, diligence, and zealous advocacy on behalf of clients. He has significant experience with clients struggling with mental health and chemical dependency issues. Nick was a presenter at the 2017 “Defending Drug Cases” Continuing Legal Education seminar addressing treatment issues, Drug Court & DOSA.

Nick currently lives in the Tacoma area with his fiancée Kriston, and their three boys that the two share between them. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, visiting with friends, watching collegiate sporting events with his two brothers, traveling, backpacking, hiking, fishing, target shooting, and hunting.
