Sahaj Bhathal graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a B.A. (Hons.) Degree in Law & Society. He then obtained his J.D. Degree from Western Michigan University Law School where he received Certificates of Merit for Canadian Criminal Law and Canadian Public Law. Sahaj has practiced Family Law exclusively since his call to the Bar and has represented client in Peel Region, York Region, Dufferin County and Simcoe County. His practice includes all areas of family law including divorce, custody and access issues, child and spousal support, as well as, property issues. Sahaj routinely appears in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
