Nadia Chaabane is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in Toronto and in select areas of the GTA. Nadia’s practice extends to all areas of criminal law, with particular focus on youth law, weapons offences, drug and alcohol-related offences and Charter motions.

Nadia graduated from the University of Toronto with Double Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and French. She then completed her law degree at the University of Birmingham in England. Nadia then articled with prominent defence lawyer, David Bayliss, where she gained invaluable training working on many extremely serious cases such as first-degree murder.

After working as an associate for a couple of years, Nadia started her own practice in 2018.
