Nicholas Cole Waddell Birmingham Criminal Lawyer

Nic Waddell, a native of Arab, Alabama, graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Marketing. He graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in 2013 and was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. In addition, Nic received his M.B.A. from Samford University in 2013.​ After passing the bar, Nic began his practice working at a firm in Birmingham, Alabama. There, Nic focused primarily on local government law and also served as assistant prosecutor for several area municipalities. In December 2016, Nic founded The Waddell Law Firm, LLC, which allowed him to focus his practice primarily on the area of criminal law. Nic is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association
