I graduated College from the University of Delaware and proceeded directly to the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. I focused on litigation and trial strategy during my time there. I also served as research assistant for one of my favorite professors, as an intern at the Attorney Generals office in Delaware, as well as at the Office of Consumer protection in Harrisburg PA.

My passion for trial work and sticking up for the little guy led me to a small criminal defense firm in Upper Marlboro, where I spend 8 years learning an incredible amount about criminal defense. I tried dozens and dozens of cases ranging from a speeding ticket to a Murder, and most things in between.

The time came, and I branched off on my own to form the Law Offices of John J. Pikulski IV, LLC. My firm only represents those charged with criminal, DUI/DWI and traffic offenses. I continue to stick up for the little guy and fight the good fight.

My office is directly across the street fromt the Courthouse in Upper Marlboro, which helps me maintain the personal relationships I have had for years with the staff there.
