I am a graduate of the School of Public Affairs at American University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Justice in 2003. I got my Juris Doctor from Rutgers-Newark School of Law in Newark, NJ in 2008. Following law school, I was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman, J.S.C. (Ret.) from 2009-2009. I have been practicing criminal defense and DWI defense exclusively since 2009.
Since 2011, I have guest lectured on Municipal Court Practice at Rutgers-Newark School of Law's Solo and Small Firm Practice class, a course designed for third year law students who intend to open their own practices after passing the bar exam. I am the co-editor of Municipal Court Practice, a publication of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Additionally, I periodically lecture with other attorneys on the Alcotest for other continuing legal education providers.
I am the co-chair of the Women Lawyers Committee and chair of the Municipal Bench Bar Committee for the Mercer County Bar Association and in 2017 was awarded the Young Lawyer of the Year Award by the Mercer County Bar Association.
