Attorney Tad Brittingham has dedicated his career to helping clients in need. As a zealous advocate for clients who have been charged with DUI/OVI and other criminal offenses, Tad is known for his honest, aggressive representation. Prior to joining The Law Offices of Steven R. Adams, LLC in June of 2015, Attorney Brittingham worked at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. Shortly after, he was asked to join the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office. After accepting the position and proving his dedication, he was promoted to Municipal Court Team Leader.

Tad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hanover College in Indiana and his law degree from the University of Dayton College of Law in 2005, and was licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio that same year.
