Prior to joining DRK Attorneys, attorney Randall T. Ricciuti worked as a prosecutor with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. From 1996 to 2008, he spent a great deal of his time jointly supervising the Allegheny County Grand Jury proceedings as well as wire tap investigations and indictments. He also gained considerable experience in an array of other matters, including white collar crimes, drug cases, DUI’s, homicides, organized crime syndicates and government corruption schemes.

Attorney Ricciuti moved to DRK Lawyers in 2008 because he saw the great benefits that he and his fellow colleagues could provide to individuals facing the criminal justice system. He knows that a firm created specifically of former prosecutors would be able to offer a unique perspective that others in the area could not. He also knows that their reputation and relationships with the prosecutors and judges in the area could only benefit their criminal defense clients.

Randy is an avid outdoorsman, so when he isn’t in the office or in court, you’ll find him out skiing, fishing, hunting, kayaking and mountain biking. He also coaches Little League Baseball and is an assistant coach for a high school football team.
