David A. Moscow entered the legal profession to zealously advocate for his client’s constitutional rights in criminal and civil litigation matters.

David graduated from the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science before earning his Juris Doctor at the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.

While attending PSU, David earned invaluable personal injury/medical malpractice experience while working as a law clerk at the nationally renowned Beasley Firm in Philadelphia. Thereafter, David realized his passion for defending the wrongly accused while a volunteer attorney at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, which has been credited with exonerating numerous wrongfully accused and raising awareness of the thousands of people who are currently without life, liberty and pursuit of happiness because of the system.

Next, and as a part of a natural progression, David founded The Moscow Firm located in Chester County and became Of Counsel to the prestigious criminal defense firm Alva & Shuttleworth, LLC.
